 When we say we paint residential, we MEAN we paint all kinds of residential properties. Residential can be a single family home of 2500 sq. feet, or an entire residential development, including individual condos ranging from 1500 sq. feet to 5000 sq. feet per unit. We also proudly work with the community developers of retirement homes and assisted living facilities.
 Whoever our residential clients are, our standards always remain the same. We paint clean and fast. We are reliable. We are available 24/7, very often planning weekend jobs to work around residential needs.
The PAF painting group is the exclusive painting contractor for the Ginsburg Development Group, and we have worked hard to win and keep that relationship. But we do not only work with the contractor. We also continue to work with each homeowner after they take ownership of their condo and begin to personalize its style. We help homeowners to make the home "their own." We also handle all warranty painting work, complete to the customer's satisfaction.
